1. Who we are

merasi is a trading name of Openflow Bot LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Contact: hello@merasi.me.

2. What you buy

A merasi Guide: a personal, written PDF made from the birth date, time and place you give us. We prepare it by hand and email it to you within 7 days of your order. It is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no live session.

3. What the Guide is, and is not

The Guide is a tool for self-reflection. It draws on traditional systems (astrology, Human Design, the Maya and Balinese calendars, Chinese and Hindu astrology) and shows their sources. It makes no predictions and no promises about events or results. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice, and does not replace it. You decide what you do with it.

4. Your information

You confirm that the birth data is yours, or that the person it belongs to has agreed to share it. If your birth time is uncertain, tell us; we mark what depends on it. We are not responsible for results based on wrong data you gave us.

5. Price and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include any tax shown at checkout. Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

6. Your right to cancel, and refunds

At checkout you ask us to start your Guide at once, and you agree that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once your Guide is made and sent. Before we send it, you may cancel by emailing us and we refund you in full. After that we do not give refunds for a change of mind. If something is wrong (wrong data used, a broken file, a factual mistake about your chart) tell us within 30 days and we correct it and send it again. This does not affect any rights you have by law.

7. Founding 20 and gift codes

The first 20 buyers receive a code for one free Guide to give away. The person who receives it enters their own birth data and agrees to it themselves. Gift codes do not expire and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Copyright

The Guide is for your personal use. You may print it and share it with people close to you. You may not resell it or publish it.

9. Our liability

We make the Guide with care. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version shown when you ordered applies to your order.
